BANANA & CHOCOLATE BREAD

INGREDIENTS

3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
100g brown sugar
80ml oil or melted butter
180g flour
1 tsp baking soda
100g chocolate chunks

INSTRUCTIONS


STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
STEP 2
Mash bananas and mix with eggs, sugar, and oil.
STEP 3
Add flour and baking soda, then fold in chocolate.
STEP 4
Pour into a Scotia or Fattoria loaf pan and bake for 45–50 minutes.
