INGREDIENTS
For the filling
5–6 medium apples, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Pinch of nutmeg
For the crumble topping
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). STEP 2
In a Fattoria mixing bowl, toss sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and nutmeg. Spread evenly into a greased Stacked Organic pie dish.STEP 3
In a Poterie bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.STEP 4
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples. STEP 5
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the
apples are bubbly and soft. STEP 6
