1. Campaign Period

The “Falling (in love)” campaign runs from 16 October to 16 November, inclusive.

2. Eligible Products

The campaign applies to all eligible tableware products, including dinner plates, salad/dessert plates, appetizer plates, charger plates, and mugs. 

3. Promotional Offer

Customers can benefit from the following offers on eligible products:

• Set of 6: Receive 1 free item.
• Set of 12: Receive 3 free items.

To benefit from the promotion, customers must select the appropriate option on the product page:

• Select the “Set of 6” button to receive 1 free item.
• Select the “Set of 12” button to receive 3 free items.

The value of 1 free item or 3 free items, as applicable, will be deducted from the total price of the selected set.

The promotion can be used as many times as the customer wishes, including within the same order, provided the applicable conditions are met for each set purchased.

4. How to Redeem the Offer

To benefit from the promotion, customers must select either the “Set of 6” or “Set of 12” option on the product page and add the selected set to their shopping cart.

The corresponding discount will be applied to the price of the set, deducting the value of 1 item for the “Set of 6” option or 3 items for the “Set of 12” option.

5. Returns Policy

All returns will be handled in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.

If a customer wishes to return an item and, as a result, the promotional offer no longer applies to the remaining items, the customer must also return the free item or items received under the promotion.

Any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions and the campaign requirements.
