Use & Care

Stoneware

  • Oven / microwave / freezer: safe (-20ºC to 250ºC; max thermal delta 180ºC). Avoid thermal shock. No direct flame.
  • Dishwasher: safe; moderate programs and no piece-to-piece contact.
  • Cleaning: neutral detergent and soft cloth/sponge.

Wood

  • Oven / microwave / freezer: do not use.
  • Dishwasher: not safe.
  • Cleaning & care: hand wash with a damp cloth and mild dish soap; do not soak. Occasionally condition with food-safe mineral oil. For dry foods only.

Recommendations

  • Separate parts to clean and dry thoroughly afterwards.
